对于个位数不为零的十位数，由十位数加个位数构成，中间用连字符号。
eg: 82 —— eighty –two
基数词
表示数量的多少，常用来谈论数目、时间等。
2) 百位数中若十位数不为零，百
位数与十位数之间用
and连接，也可省略and；
但百位数后直接加个位数
and不能省略。
eg: 106 — one hundred and six
122 — one hundred (and) twenty-two
3)千位数，先从右往左数，每三位数加一个“，”，第一个“，”前为thousand(千)，第二个“，”前为million(百万)，第三个“，”前为billion(十亿)，然后一节一节地表示。

序数词 表示顺序，在句中常做定语。

其它后面th加上去；

若是遇到几十几 ，只变个位就可以；
最后the加序数词前
1. 序数词用作定语, 前面要加定冠词。
eg: The first truck is carrying baskets.
2. 序数词前面可加不定冠词来表示 “再一”，“又一”这样
的意思。
eg：We’ll have to do it a second time.
我们不得不再做一次。
3. 表示年、月、日时, 年用基数词表示, 日用序数词表示。
eg: 1949年10月1日读作:
October (the) first, nineteen forty nine
4. 编码时，既可用基数词也可用序数词。
eg：World War I = the First World War 第一次世界大战
Page One = the first page 第一页
分数的表达：分子用基数词，分母用序数词；当分子
大于1时，分母的序数词用复数形式。
eg：two thirds——2/3
