Then, present the new sentence: I like music that I can dance to.
2. Play different kinds of music and help students learn:

(设计意图:本环节通过播放不同的歌曲,让学生先说出歌曲的种类,再说喜欢该类歌曲的原因,鼓励学生把两句话改成一句话,第一句教师给出例子,以下几句让学生自己说。通过这种方式展示新句型,学生接受起来会比较轻松。)

本节课亮点:
1. 导入部分放的《音乐之声》里的歌曲,并且鼓励会唱的学生跟着唱,活跃课堂气氛。
2.呈现环节通过播放不同的歌曲,让学生先说出喜欢该首歌的原因然后鼓励学生把两句话变成一句,其实在变句子的过程中就是渗透的定语从句的教学。等到学生熟悉这个句型后,再引出定语从句、关系词、先行词等术语,学生接受起来比较简单。
3. 最后的猜测游戏让学生们在玩中学。鼓励学生运用定语从句写出至少三个句型,然后其他学生猜测这个人或者这个东西是什么。让学生在用英语中体会英语的用法。可以看出学生对这个游戏很感兴趣,一些英语基础不是很好的学生也能尝试运用定语从句写句子,这是自己这节课最满意的教学环节。
不足之处:
本节课内容比较多,所以在时间安排上还需再注意,哪些环节可以把时间压缩还需再考虑。
使用注意事项:
开始不需要把定语从句、先行词、关系词等术语告诉学生,让学生自己通过多个句子自己去发现、总结定语从句,这样的效果要比老师直接告诉要好的多。
课前可布置让学生搜集音乐的种类及他们最喜欢的歌手、歌曲,享受音乐带来的乐趣,若有时间可让学生上课表演。

一、Teaching Goals:
Learn and use the vocabularies: dislike, clearly, recently, heart, string,remind---of---, can’t /couldn’t stand . Express their favorite music by using the Attributive Clauses with that and who—— I prefer singers who write their own lyrics. I can’t stand music that’s too loud. Let the students master the reading skills. Try to exchange the opinions on CDs with their friends.Train the students to love music and share ideas with others using their review.

教学反思: 在本节课一开始,我播放Right here waiting,吸引学生们的兴趣,并引导他们运用定语从句把他们所听到的,所看到的音乐感受尽量用定语从句说出来,为本课阅读打下好的基础,为投入本课的学习创造积极的心理状态,并引入本节课的主题:对CD评论的阅读。快速阅读读取大意,降低了阅读的难度,增强了学生尤其是中下等水平学生的自信心;通过读取细节,培养学生在阅读的过程中,根据任务要求,抓住细节,解决实际问题的能力和快速浏览信息和迅速扑捉有用信息能力,利于提高学生的阅读能力。同时我又设计一环节,通过阅读CD review,思考如何写CD review,此环节为本节课的输出,对音乐的调查,为音乐节目的评论又打下基础。我让学生在音乐中感受快乐,让他们快乐的表达,快乐的展示自己。并运用鼓励性的语言让他们体会成功的快乐。我认为学习不应拘泥形式,要找学生们感兴趣的话题,如大多数学生在今年暑假观看了中国好声音这个节目,让他们对此调查,并写报告,他们会有很多有兴趣的评论,让他们真实的展示吧。真正的教学,每一个环节都是在教会学生如何学习,一切的中心、重心都是在想方设法培养学生的终身学习能力。而这些能力的培养,离不开老师的激励、表扬,我们应让学生树立自信感和成就感。
亮点:
视频音乐的导入,吸引学生们的兴趣,让他们利用各种感官说出对音乐的评论,潜移默化的训练定语从句,同时又让他们自己总结定语从句的用法。
分层次阅读指导,并鼓励后进生展示,让他们树立自信;report在班级博客上展示,鼓励学生积极写作。
小组合作竞争,并运用多元评论,老师评价,小组评价,自我评价,调动学生的积极性。
不足
本来准备好几首英语歌曲音乐视频,那会让学生更多欣赏,更多评论,但本节课主要是读写课,不得不删掉一些。但以后可陆续播放。
使用注意事项:
1.刚开始引入时,单击左边控件工具箱的退出设计模式,(即单击一下左边控件工具箱的左上三角尺),就可放出视频the song Right here waiting。
2. 学生可选做调查与写作。学生可对课件内容据课本4进行调查、评论和写作,也可对今年热播的中国好声音进行调查、评论和写作。让他们对自己熟悉的内容进行调查和写作。
