Confucius is a great educator and thinker in China. He was born in a rich family in
551BC, in Shandong. His father died when he was three, then his family lived a poor life.
Confucius died in 479BC．
Confucius is known as the founder of confucianism. It’s said that he had about 3,000
students in his life. He has his own special ways of teaching ,and he is good at it. Most of
his words and deeds were recorded in Analects by his students. Confucius has influenced
China a lot, especially in education.
