一、教材内容分析
本节课是人教版义务教育新目标Go for it九年级第十三单元Section B的3a-3c部分。本单元中心话题是谈论环境污染和保护环境的问题。这节课围绕谈论环境污染展开话题,通过各种环境污染的图片帮助学生直观认识到环境问题的严重性和保护环境的迫切性,同时表达自己的观点和做法。这是一节写作课,谈论各种污染的过程中回顾以前学过的几种时态和被动语态,积淀语言表达能力,重点培养学生写作技能。这节课是本单元的第六课时,话题与我们的生活实际紧密联系,是本单元的核心语言点的综合运用。
二、学情分析
本节课的教学对象是九年级学生,相对于七八年级来说,他们不善积极主动展现自我。但他们却具备一定的听说读写能力和语言表达能力,同时也积淀了较丰富的词汇量。本节是写作课,让学生回顾并会综合运用各种时态和被动语态谈论环境污染和如何保护环境。因此这节课的语言点对他们来说不会太难。而且话题贴近学生生活,学生应该比较感兴趣并乐于表达的。
三、教学目标
1. New words and expressions :throw away the rubbish in the park;drive the cars;burn the litter... 2.Sentence structures: What was the problem The river was really dirty. What caused the problem People are throwing litter into the river. Factories are putting waste into the river. How should the problem be solved We should write the the government and ask them to close down the factories. We’re trying to save the earth! 3.Ss be able to talk about pollution problem and environment protection in oral.Such as talking with their partners and making a report to others. 4.Ss be able to write a passage to talk about the pollution problems and environmental protection in Ankang . 5.Educate Ss to know that we must love the earth and protect it. Learn to cooperate with others.
四、重点、难点
Ss be able to write a passage to talk about the pollution problems and environmental protection in Ankang by using the structure of the target language .

Step 1、 Lead-in (5分钟) 1.Greet Ss. 2.Play a video of < An earth song> for Ss. Then ask Ss. 3. Then show the title of unit 13 . 1.Greet the teacher. 2.Enjoy the song and then answer the teacher’s questions. 3.Look and think what they will learn next. 为集中学生的有意注意,通过播放个MV“The earth song”让学生在欣赏的同时思考两个问题,为接下来导课的过度和语言活动的准备打下基础。让学生带着好奇和思考走进新课堂。
Step 2、 Before writing (12分钟) 1.Talk about problems: Show some pictures of Ankang, talk about the environmental problems in Ankang. Talk about the reasons:Talk about what caused the environmental problems in Ankang. Talk about the solutions:Talk about how should the environmental problems in Ankang be solved. Look at the pictures and talk about the the problems in Ankang with the teacher. Ss talk about what caused the environmental problems in Ankang. Ss talk about how should the environmental problems be solved. 通过图片的直观引导谈论地球的现状,造成的原因以及解决的办法。使学生先打开话题,为后面对不同污染的具体谈论打下基础。通过一步步的引导,提供给学生一篇完整的范文写作指导,学生在补充的基础上充实自己的文字,培养与训练学生的写作技巧。
Step 3、 Writing (15分钟) Ask Ss to write a letter to the city mayor about the environmental problems and your suggestions in your town/city. Ask and answer in pairs freely, and learn about the new structure. 通过对空气污染的示范引导,让学生充分练习,让不同层次的学生都能在说练中初步感知新知,初步掌握重点句型的运用。
Step 4、 Post-writing (5分钟) Ask a student to share the passage on the exercise book. Show 2-3 Ss’ passages on the blackboard ,lead all the Ss to check the passage according the check chart. Ask Ss to check their partner’s passage like this. Invite some Ss to read and share their passage. Ss try to write their own passages. Check the passage on the blackboard. Check their partner’s passage. Ss read and share their passages. 在上一步写作提纲的指导下学生独立完成写作。再引导学生一步步检查自己的文章结构和内容。
Step 5 Summary (2分钟) Ask Ss what we have learnt this class Ss share what they have learnt. 为使学生明白这节课重点学了什么。小结采取学生自主小结与引导概括相合。小结中学生“谈收获、议困惑”及时梳理记忆,使学生加固知识结构。
Step 6 Homework (1分钟) Correct your passage carefully and copy it on your exercise book. Correct the passage and copy . 修改润色课堂上完成的写作并整齐的抄写在作业本上,使学生明白一篇好的文章需要经过加工处理,还要书写美观。
