一、教材内容分析
本节课是本单元的第一课时,语言功能项目是Give opinions ,Talk about likes and dislikes,主要教学任务是让学生谈论流行文化, 陈述自己的看法以及谈论自己的喜好。根据《英语课程标准》要求、教材内容和七年级学生的学,我对教材进行了合理的整合,将Section A 1a ,1c , 2c ,Grammar Focus整合成一个课时的教学内容,让学生初步使用目标语言What do you think of game shows (=How do you like game shows ) .I love/ like/ don’t like/ don’t mind / can’t stand ….. 通过学习,使学生了解各类电影和电视节目的名称,并能发表各自的见解,为后面进一步学习打下基础。
二、教学目标(知识与能力,情感态度与价值观)
(一)知识掌握:1. 词汇:soap, soap opera, sitcom, situation, nothing, stand, mind, talk show, sports show, game show ,don’t mind, can’t stand2.语言目标:Give opinions and talk about likes and dislikes.3. 重点句型:1) What do you think of game shows I love/ like/ don’t like/ don’t mind / can’t stand …...2) What does he/she think of… He loves/likes… them.(二)能力培养:1.理解并运用:love 热爱 ,like 喜欢 ,don’t like 不喜欢,don’t mind 不介意, can’t stand 不能忍受.2.能够口头运用What do you think of … What does he/she think of…. 句式。并根据实际做出正确的回答,阐述自己的观点。3.能就自己熟悉的话题,表达喜憎。(三)情感态度与价值观:教育学生可以看电视,但要有度,因为它对眼睛有害。

重点:1、词汇:soap, soap opera, sitcom, situation ,talk show, sports show, game show , don’t/doesn’t mind, can’t stand .2、句型: What do you think of … I love/ like/ don’t like/ don’t mind / can’t stand …... What does he/she think of…. He loves/likes…难点:理解并运用don’t mind 不介意, can’t stand 不能忍受.What do you think of … 和 What does he/she think of…. 句式,并能根据实际做出正确的回答,阐述自己的观点。
四、教法选择与学法指导
借助网络手段,搜集有关电影与电视节目资料,让同学体会各种电影与电视节目的不同之处。设置练习和实践所需的真实情景,营造良好的语言学习情景。采用任务型教学法,为学生设置真实的情景、语境,使学生在思考、交流、合作探究中学习和使用语言。

Step 3Activity 1a(4minutes) 1. Let the students look at 1a and finish it.2. Check the answers.3. Show Ss some pictures and add some other TV shows. 1. Open books and finish 1a. 2. Give the answers.3. Learn some other TV shows. 通过1a图片再次呈现,起到巩固词汇的作用,达到正确理解和认知的目的。并学习其他的电视节目,以拓宽知识面。
Step 4Presentation(4minutes) 1. Ask Ss: What do you think of these TV shows Then explain the structure.2. Show Ss some pictures with the signs (-----------------).3. Help Ss understand these signs and learn to use them.4.Let the students look at the pictures and then ask questions:What do you think of sitcoms … And answer them. 1. Look at the pictures and signs, guess the meanings. 2. Learn to ask and answer using : I love them.I like them.I don’t mind them.I don’t like them. I can’t stand them.3. Remember these signs and meanings. 创设情境,通过“生问师答”让学生初步感知What do you think of…?的用法,和五种表达观点的符号及意思。
Step 5Practicing(3minutes) 1. Show some pictures to Ss, teach Ss how to ask and answer. First, teacher ask, let Ss answer, then let Ss ask each other. 2. Ask Ss to work in pairs.3. Ask some pairs to perform their conversations. 1. Look at the screen and listen to the teacher.2. Work in pairs. 3. Ask and answer questions about the pictures。4.Present their conversations. 通过展示一些图片,创设情境,再通过“师问生答”活动,将本节课的两个语言目标结合在一起,引导学生学习运用目标语言,并在完成任务的过程中主动的体会和掌握语言,达到学以致用。
