教材分析:本模块以童话故事为话题,童话故事是很多学生最美好的回忆。无论是在西方还是在中国,非常经典的童话故事都流传至今,因此从主题来说,学生应该会对本模块的话题产生强烈的兴趣。也许一部分学生曾经读过《爱丽丝梦游仙境》这本书,或者观看过同名电影,所以学生对于本模块的内容也可能已经拥有一定的背景知识。这对于教学来说是非常有益的。教师可以利用这部分学生的信息资源,带动全班学生的学习热情和兴趣。 学情分析: 优秀生从学习态度上表现为积极上进、具有良好的学习习惯和较强的学习能力。中间潜力生从学习态度上表现一般、在学习习惯方面仍需促进养成、从学习能力上要尽快加强。基础薄弱生从学习态度、学习习惯和学习能力方面都与前两者存在一定的差异。根据学情,课堂上使用小组合作的形式来发挥优秀学生的作用,让他们帮助其他的同学更好地完成教学任务 教学目标: Knowledge aims: 1.To understand the main idea of a story. n· 2.To understand the sequence of events in a story. 3.To continue a story. Ability aims: 1.To let the students listen, speak, read and act the text happily. 2.To use or write them in a certain situation: describe the activities in the past. Steps Teaching activities
Step1 Warming up 1.Greeting 2.Teacher have a free talk with students. (1)Do you like reading fairy tales (2)What’s your favorite fairy tale. (3)Do you remember the characters in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland 3.Show some pictures of the characters in this story and ask students to say their names. 4.Show some pictures of what the characters were doing and ask students to answer. -What was/were she/he they doing -She/He/They was/were ... 5.Call back the answers from the whole class.
Step 2 Presentation 1. watch a video and number the events in the order, *Tell students to watch the video carefully.. *Tell the students to number the events in the order. * Check the answers. 2. Read the passage and match the headings with the paragraphs. * Ask the students to read the whole passage quickly and match the headings with the paragraphs. * Check the answers together. 3.Read Paragraph 1 carefully and fill in the blanks. * Ask a student to fill on the whiteboard. * Check the answers together. 4. Read Paragraph 2 carefully and answer some questions. (1)What did she hear the Rabbit say (2)When did she feel the Rabbit strange (3)Where did the Rabbit go * Ask a student to read paragraph 2 and then ask students to find the answers from paragraph 2. * Check the answers one by one. 5.
