try to do sth.意为“尽力去做某事”try doing sth…意为“（用某一种办法）试着去做某事”如：

②can’t help to do… &can’t help doing…
can’t help to do sth.意为“不能帮忙做某事”；can’t help doing sth.意为“身不由己地去做某事”或“情不自禁地去做某事”。如：
We can’t help to finish it.我们不能帮忙完成此事。
I couldn’t help laughing when I saw her strange face.当我看到她奇怪的脸时，我情不自禁地笑了。
