I’m going to help her.我打算去帮助她。
He is going to play football.他打算去踢足球。
我（I）用am，你（you)用are。
is连着他(he)、她（she)、它(it)。
单数is，复数都用are。
如：I am going to take pictures.我打算去照相。
She is going to go fishing.她打算去钓鱼。
They are going to play basketball.他们打算去打篮球。

解析：根据一般将来时否定句的构成：主语+ be not going to do 可知，我们只需要把is变成isn't。
