1. “You are what you eat” means the food that
you eat affects your health, your energy level,
your mood, and even your behaviour.
Therefore, in order to be fit and healthy, you
need to eat fresh and healthy food.

dairy-free: -free combines with nouns to form adjectives that indicate that sth. does not have the thing mentioned. Here it means containing no food made from dairy.以-free构成的词还有fat-free, duty-free, trouble-free等。
