设计说明 本课时学习有关学习方法的阅读。教学时通过复习“—How do you learn English —I learn by…”导入新课；采用三步阅读法（fast reading, careful reading和post reading）引导学生逐步理解课文；单元语法教学先让学生通过读——译的方法，让学生感知体验，然后归纳总结，提高学生观察问题、分析问题的能力。 教学目标 通过本课时的学习，让学生达成以下目标： 1.知识目标 (1) 单词：expression, discover, secret, grammar, repeat, note, physics, chemistry (2) 短语：be afraid to do sth., fall in love with, look up, take notes (3) 句型：find it +adj.+to do sth., so…that…, so that, It’s a piece of cake., It serves you right. 2.能力目标 (1) 读懂魏芬学习英语的困难及她是如何克服它们的。 (2) 会使用结构：—How do you do… —By doing sth. 3.情感目标 培养学生正确面对学习困难，勇于探索学习方法，努力提升自我，力争成为一名好的学习者。 重点难点 1.重点:(1) 理解、认识本课时的重点单词和短语； (2) 掌握目标语言by doing并能用其表达学习方式； (3) 理解本单元的语法结构及其表意功能。 2.难点:能在口语中熟练地询问他人学习英语的方法,并将从书中学到的学习方法运用到实际中。 教学准备 PPT课件 教学过程 Step 1　Lead-in 1.
