此处助动词did是对后面谓语动词help进行强调。
“助动词do/does/did+动词原形”结构表示强调，
意为 “确实，的确”。
eg. 他昨天确实来过了。

(2) until“直到……为止”，表示某一动作或状态延续到until所表示的时间为止，（主）句中动词用延续性动词。
eg. 沿着这条街走直到你看到一家银行。

(1) not …until“直到……才”，表示某一动作或状态直到until所表示的时间才开始，（主）句中动词用非延续性动词。
