设计说明 本课时学习传统节日的相关阅读。教学时通过给学生展示一组图片让学生预先感知文本内容；然后引导学生完成不同的学习任务，让学生充分理解文本内容，最后复述课文，输出通过阅读获得的文本信息，提高学生的语言运用能力。 教学目标 通过本课时的学习，让学生达成以下目标： 1.知识目标 (1) 单词及短语：folk, goddess, whoever, steal, lay out, dessert, garden, tradition, admire, tie, Mid-Autumn Festival, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day。 (2) 学习that, if/whether引导的宾语从句和what, how引导的感叹句。 2.能力目标 (1)学习使用宾语从句、感叹句两种语言结构,并理解其功能意义。 (2)能使用略读、查读的阅读策略获取3a文章中的信息,并完成相应的阅读任务。 3.情感目标 了解中国传统节日——中秋节的由来及习俗。 重点难点 1.重点:使用宾语从句、感叹句两种语言结构。 2.难点:运用这两种语言结构描述对节日的看法和观点。 教学准备 PPT课件, 3a的录音 教学过程 Step 1　Lead-in Show the students some pictures and help them to learn about the Mid-Autumn Festival. Look at the picture. What festival do you think of What do you know about the festival Step 2　Reading Fast reading Task 1 Read the passage about the Mid-Autumn Festival and answer the questions. 1. How do people celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival 2. What story is the reading about The answers: 1. They admire the moon and share mooncakes with their families. 2. It is about a traditional folk story of Hou Yi and Chang’e for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Task 2 Read the passage again. She said （that） she would leave a note on the desk. 陈述句作宾语时，宾语从句用that引导。它只起连接作用，没有实际意义，在从句中不充当任何成分，因此常可省略。 I don’t know whether/if I should take his advice.
