Teaching Procedure
Lead in Lead into the topic.（3min） Step 1：Ask a question（3mins） Teacher：Big hands. Let’s go into the new lesson. Listen to me carefully. If you always forget the new words, what can you do Students：Repeat the new words every day.
New Words Pre-reading Learn the new words（5mins） Step 1：Learn the new words one by one.（one word one minute） Teacher：Look at the picture, If your phone die, what do you need to do Students：We need to connect the phone with the charger. Let’s learn the word “connect”... Step 2：Read the words together. Step 3：Let’s learn more about new words. Teacher：pronounce, it’s a verb, can be changed into a noun, pronunciation. ...
Phrases Learn the phrases（3mins） Step 1：Match the phrases. Teacher：Excellent! Now, here' some important phrases. You need to match them. Students：... Teacher：The first one, read it. Students：increase reading speed, it means ... Students：提高阅读速度 Step 2：Read the phrases together.
Activities While-reading 3a Read the passage about Wei Fen and answer the questions. 3b Complete the sentences with what Wei Fen learned from watching movies. Use words and phrases from the passage.
Summary Summarize the key points.（3mins） Step 1：Summarize the new words Teacher：If the answer is English，you need to spell it, just like that, example, e-x-a-m-p-l-e，名词，例子.
