Be (is \ am \ are)\(was\were) + 主语 + 动词过去分词 + 其它？——一般疑问句

As a teenager , you’d better not stay up late , so I think teenagers should not be allowed to watch TV too late.
关于allow的用法：1.allow sb. to do sth. 例如：Our teachers allow us to choose our own clothes.
allow doing sth. 例如：Schools don’t allow smoking.
be allowed to do sth. 被允许做某事。例如： Teenagers are not allowed to get ears pierced.（青少年不被允许打耳洞。）
