如果先行词是人,那么定语从句的关系词就可以用who。
注意:
当先行词为人,且关系词在定语从句中作主语时,只能用who;当关系词在定语从句中作宾语时,关系词就要用who的宾格形式whom,口语中也可以用who代替。如:

但是,当关系词前有介词时,只能用whom,不能用who。如:
The man with whom you shook hands just now is my uncle.
不管定语从句修饰的是人还是物,如果关系词在从句中作宾语,通常就可以省略。
