It and Them
We use ‘it’ to describe an object instead of repeating the object’s name every time.
e.g. Look at that cake! It looks yummy.
We use ‘them’ to describe two or more objects instead of repeating the object’s name every time.
e.g. Look at the cakes! They look yummy.
Wash the apple. Cut it into small pieces.
Wash the grapes. Put them into a bowl.
