How to improve your memory
Extensive thinking
It is important to exercise your brain. For example, you can do new things and change your
daily habits. You can try to learn new skills or study a foreign language. Or you can walk a
different way to school. They can keep your brain active and get lots of regular exercise.
Another way to improve memory is to live a healthy life. For instance, You must have a
balanced diet. You must give your brain enough time to rest. Enough sleep can make you
remember things well.
Last, you need to stay relaxed. Do not get too worried, or your brain will slow down.
