1) We use present perfect tense to talk about experiences. 谈论经历
Examples
I have been abroad two times.
Anna has never broken a leg.
When to use present perfect tense
2) We use present perfect tense to talk about an action
which started in the past and continues up to now.
谈论过去开始并持续到现在的动作

I have been a teacher for about 3 years.

We use the adverbs already, ever and never (before/after) have/has and (before/after) the main verb .
