Language Notes：
1.Exercising is fun, and it also helps to keep us healthy.
运动是有趣的，它总是有助于我们保持健康。
keep 保持，其后常接复合宾语，表示使某人或某物保持
某种状态或使某一动作继续。
（1）keep +形容词
We should keep healthy. 我们应该保持健康。
（2） keep+ sb./ sth. +形容词
We should keep our classroom clean.
我们应该保持教室干净。
（3）keep+ sb./ sth. +介词
If your hands are cold, keep them in your pockets.
如果你觉得手冷，就把它们放在口袋里。
（4） keep+ sb./ sth. +副词
The cold weather kept us indoors.
寒冷的天气使我们呆在家里。
（5）keep+ sb./ sth. + v.ing 表示“让某人/ 某物一直
做某事”，强调动作的持续性。

enjoy用法：
（1）enjoy+名词或代词。 They are enjoying their dinner. 他们在津津有味地吃饭。 （2） enjoy + doing.喜欢做某事

（3）enjoy oneself 过得愉快=have a good time I enjoyed myself very much at the party. 我在聚会时玩得真开心。

（1）collect 动词，意为“收集，集合”。
He likes collecting cards. 他喜欢收集卡片。
【拓展】collection 名词，意为“收藏品”。
His brother has a sports collection. 他哥哥收藏体育
用品。
collector 名词，意为“收集者；收藏者”。
My father is a stamp collector. 我爸爸是一个集邮者。
（2）interested 形容词，意为“感兴趣的”。
【辨析】 interested 与interesting
interested 主语常是人，be interested in表示某人对某物感兴趣
interesting 通常以物作主语，常作定语或表语。
