Guide the students to read the tapescript. Follow the teacher to read the tapescript. Help the students to understand the listening material well.
Play a video to help the students learn how to order food in a restaurant. Watch the video carefully and try to take notes. Develop students’ abilities of listening and speaking.
2 SpeakingA talk time Guide the students to learn the new word preference and two sentence patterns. Listen to the teacher carefully and take notes. Help students to get ready for the learning of the following two dialogues.
Play the recording of the first dialogue for the students. Listen to the recording and try to read after it. Help students to learn the dialogue.
Guide students to the dialogue by themselves. Read the dialogue. Cultivate students’ ability of speaking.
3 SpeakingB speak up Ask the students toput the food in column. Put the food in column. Help the students learn the kinds of food.
Help the students to learn about the lunch menu. Listen to the teachercarefully and take notes. Help the students to get ready for the following speaking exercise.
