Step 1:Have a dictation
Get the students to write the importances in Unit 1.Check their work to see if they have grasped the usages of the points.
Step 2:Looking through
Let the students look through the passage as quickly as they can,then put the sentences in Activity 1 in the right order.
Step 3:Read and choose the best answers
1.Look at the questions in Activity 2,and then find out the answers to them in the passage.
2.Then check their answers.
3.Work in pairs and talk about the answers to the questions.
4.Show the answers to the class
Step 4:Reading
Listen to the tape first,then underline the importances.Ask the students to translate the passage and explain the difficulties to each other with the partners.
Step 5:Explaining
After the steps above,the teacher can explain some difficulties to the students and help them understand the passage better.If the students have any question,they can ask the teacher right now.
Step 6:Writing
Get the students to make up a short play about a trip they had had.Try to use the useful expressions in Unit 2,and then read it for the class.
Step 7:Homework
