比较级的用法
两者之间的比较要用比较级，表示其中一个比另一个“更......”,后面用连词than连接另一个所要比较的人或物。
e.g. Sam is smarter than Tom.
比较级的修饰语
比较级可以不带修饰语，若表示程度或者差别大小时，可用much、a lot、a bit、a little、even等修饰。
e.g. Planes are much faster than trains.
比较级的常用句型或结构
①“A+be+形容词比较级+than+B”或“A+实义动词+副词比较级+than+B”: 表示“A比B......”
e.g. It is bigger than any other city in China.
它比中国任何其他城市都大。
I got up earlier than my mother this morning.
今天早晨我起得比我的妈妈早。
②“A+be+the+形容词比较级+of the two (+...)”
表示“A是两个(......)中较......的。”
e.g. Tom is the taller of the two (men).
汤姆是两个人中较高的那一个。
③“比较级+and+比较级”或者“more and more+原级（多音节词或者部分双音节词）”
表示“越来越......”
e.g. Our life is getting better and better.
我们的生活正变得越来越好。
The flowers are more and more beautiful.
花儿越来越漂亮了。
④“the+比较级，the+比较级”表示“越......就越......”
e.g. The more careful you are, the fewer mistakes you will make.
你越认真你犯的错误就越少。
