教材 分析 教材分析 本模块是外研版八年级上册第4模块Planes,ships and trains. 随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,旅游出行逐渐成为人们生活的重要组成部分,出行方式的选择是人们必须考虑的问题。本模块学习的正是这个内容——旅游与交通。第一单元通过介绍贝蒂和妈妈讨论上学的出行方式,加强对学生交通安全意识的教育和引导。第二单元主题是一位旅行者在论坛中发帖子,征求从伦敦到阿姆斯特丹的旅行建议,通过学习可以培养学生通过网络获取信息的意识和能力,同时通过分析从甲地到乙地各种交通方式的不同及其利与弊,提高其判断和辨别能力。
学情 分析 1.学生心理年龄特点: 本节课的教学对象是八年级学生,这一阶段的学生思维能力发展较快,自我意识增强,有较强的求知欲和表现欲,在情感方面能进行自我教育。经过一年多新课程理念的熏陶和实践,学生已有了初步的自主学习、合作探究能力,但部分同学存在不自信、羞于表现等思想顾虑,因此在教学中要照顾到不同程度的学生。 2.已有基础: 第一,经过初中一年多的阅读积累,学生已经基本具备在阅读中获取细节信息以及运用不同阅读策略和用英语表达观点的能力。第二,学生对于出行方式这个话题比较熟悉,对于指路问路等有相关的词汇和文化知识储备,也有自己的经历和想法。第三,对于形容词、副词比较级和最高级,学生在M3已有涉及,已有比较的意识,为本模块的学习奠定了基础。 3.存在问题: 首先,部分学生不善于主动表达;其次,对各种交通方式特点表达完整的句子时的流畅度和准确度有待提高。再次,形容词、副词比较级和最高级的使用是学生的易混、易错点。
学习 目标 1.通过对不同出行方式优缺点的复述,能熟练的运用比较级和最高级进行比较和介绍。 2.通过阅读短文,能比较不同出行方式的特点;并能根据所给提示,简单介绍不同交通方式的优缺点。 3.通过读后学,能够理解文本中的难点词汇含义并能运用知识点写出正确的句子。 4.通过阅读短文,能仿照在论坛中发帖子的方式,学会通过网络获取信息,并能够写出外出旅行比较哪种交通方式更好的短文。
评价任务 评价标准
1.回答问题,梳理框架,回顾大意。(指向目标2) 能正确说出问题的答案。
