教材 分析 本课为Module 6的第一单元，对话主要谈论了动物生活所面临的现状以及我们应该采取保护他们的措施。主要语法为不定式做宾语补足语和目的状语。从全书来看，本单元承接上一模块不定式的学习和运用，内容有层次的展开，学生容易接受。通过对本模块的学习，学生能够更好地理解不定式的用法。
学情 分析 学生对动物这一话题充满兴趣，学生对动物生活的环境和习性的了解为本课针对如何保护动物的讨论提供了条件。此外，在上一模块已经学习过不定式做宾语，为学生在本模块学习不定式做宾补和目的状语奠定了基础。
学习 目标 1.通过猜词游戏能正确认读生词，通过运用生词来描述相关话题； 2.通过听对话， 能说出文章的主要内容； 3.通过听对话，能找出并正确描述动物生存面临的现状； 4.通过提示能复述对话的主要内容，并能描述如何保护濒危动物； 5.通过谈论濒危动物的现状，树立保护动物的意识。
评价任务 评价标准
1.看图片猜单词，跟读正音后用几个新词组句子（指向目标1） 说出单词并能正确跟读，在老师的指导下能用几个新词进行情景描述。
2.听对话后回答问题（指向目标2） 能够概括出文章的主题
3.听对话后判断正误并完成表格（指向目标3） 准确判断并说出文本的主要信息
4.根据表格，复述对话内容（指向目标3） 比较准确地复述对话内容
