教材 分析 本单元以培养学生的读写能力为主，兼顾听说，话题是谈论保护动物，语法重点动词不定式作宾补和目的状语。本篇课文以大熊猫为例，介绍了它们的现状以及对应保护措施。全文为分为四部分，分别是熊猫的濒危现状、居住地、政府的保护措施府和世界自然基金会的基本介绍。
学情 分析 学生已基本具备一定的阅读能力, 对保护动物这个话题比较熟悉，但对于保护动物们的现状、保护措施等方面的了解还有所欠缺。学生已经在第五模块学习了动词不定式的一些用法，但不够全面，需要继续学习。
学习 目标 通过本课时学习，学生能够： 在语境中认读下列词汇：research, scientist, produce, southwest, government, develop, nature park, feed, symbol 2. 通过skimming找出段落的对应小标题；通过scanning梳理出熊猫自身状况及解决措施。 3. 根据所梳理出的信息，复述文本内容。 4. 通过小组讨论, 加深对濒危动物的了解，增强保护意识。
