教材分析 本模块Module11共三个单元. Unit1 He is the boy who won the photo competition last year.主要学习有关定语从句关系代词who的用法。之前的第十单元，学生已经对定语从句有了初步的理解，并且学习了由that做关系代词的用法。本单元继续学习定语从句的用法，让学生加深理解，并逐渐体会和运用定语从句。本课是第十一模块中的第一单元，属于听说课类型，重点训练和提高学生的听说的水平。
学情分析 在开展本单元学习之前，学生在第十模块中已经对于定语从句有了初步的了解，能够理解定语从句的定义及关系代词为that的用法，但有些学生对于定语从句和宾语从句的区分还是比较模糊。另外定语从句是学生们在初中阶段所学的最后一个重要语法，与八年级所学的宾语从句容易混淆。虽有之前的第十模块的铺垫，但是由于文章句子较长对于部分同学来说很难理解；因此在注重基础知识夯实的前提下，通过本课的听力、阅读环节进一步理解that和who引导的英语从句。
学习目标 在本课时学习之后，学生能够：1. 在语境中理解并认读下列词汇或短语you bet, the general standard, have a feeling,subject,add, difficulty, recently, menu,in with a chance：（以语块的形式出现）2. 能够听懂谈论摄影比赛的对话，获取对话大意；并能获取摄影比赛的人物、主题、内容等细节信息。3. 通过阅读对话，能够正确选择,并能用that、who引导的定语从句表述问题。4. 通过摄影作品了解不同国家和地区的风景和文化，培养学生的审美意识和对他人的欣赏态度。
评价任务 评价标准
1.看图片，补充句子并朗读句子。（指向目标1） 正确补充句子并根据点读笔准确读出。
2. 与同伴谈论摄影主题，完成对话。（指向目标1） 能够和同伴根据提示信息完成对话。
3. 听对话选出对话大意，获取关于摄影比赛人物、主题、内容等细节信息。（指向目标2，4） 通过多层听，能正确选出对话大意，正确选择、填空并用完整形式或者缩略形式正确回答问题。
5.（A4）阅读对话，根据对话内容完成选择。（指向目标3） 进一步理解对话内容并准确选出答案。
6. 阅读对话，回答问题。（指向目标3） 能够用that、who引导的定语从句回答问题。
