教材 分析 本模块以名著为话题,介绍了名家以及名著《汤姆索亚历险记》很容易引起学生的兴趣以及共鸣,并用到一般现在时的被动语态。 第一单元是听说单元,包括两个听力材料。第一个小听力简单介绍孔子、莎士比亚、马克.吐温三个名家。第二个听力材料详细介绍这三个名家,出现新的语法知识一般现在时的被动语态。
学情 分析 本模块是对名家名著的学习,这是一个极能引起学生兴趣的话题,因为学生对孔子、莎士比亚、和马克吐温有一定的基础认知,而且学生在八年级已经接触过被动语态的句子。但如何用被动语态的句子来描述名家名著并对其做出评论,在这方面还是欠缺。所以要鼓励学生的表达。
学习 目标 通过本课时学习,学生能够: 1.通过复习,组内交流,能运用被动语态介绍自己喜欢的作家,基础薄弱的同学能在提示下简单介绍孔子、莎士比亚、马克吐温。 2.通过读课文,老师点拨,能从文本中找出被动语态的句子,了解其功能和用法,能熟读含有被动语态的句子,在小组成员的帮助下理解被动语态的用法。 3.通过跟读朗读,能准确、熟练地朗读对话;能有节奏地朗读对话中的长句。能正确完成课后练习。 4.通过完成当堂检测,有效地记牢本单元重点短语,学会主被动语态的转换。

We’re still influenced by Confucius’s ideas. 总结:一般现在时的被动语态的基本结构:主语+am/is/are+动词过去分词(+by+动作执行者) 活学活用,造句练习 Many people still read their works today(变被动语态) Their works are still read by many people today. Confucius’s ideas still influence us today.(变被动语态) We are still influenced by Confucius’s ideas. He plays football after class every day.(变被动语态) Football is played by him after class every day. She writes a letter to her teacher on Sunday.(变被动语态) A letter is written to her teacher by her on Sunday. Her teacher is written a letter by her on Sunday. 5 Tony’s parents make a big birthday cake for him every year.(变被动语态) A big birthday cake is made for Tony by his parents every year. Tony is made a big birthday cake by his parents every year. 三.大声跟读课文,运用变式朗读法读熟重难点句子 一.知识点讲解: 1. … and Shakespeare’s plays also make a lot of sense to us today. … make sense的意思是“合情理;明智;有意义”。 make sense to sb. 对某人有意义 make sense to do sth. 做某事有意义 2. He was important, but I suppose he isn’t as well-known as Confucius or Shakespeare. suppose v.猜想;推测;相信;认为 suppose+that从句,表示“猜测/假定……” suppose+名词/代词+to be…,表示“认为…是…” be supposed to do…“应该……”“被期望”,to后跟动词原形。 翻译句子展示: make sense: 1.他的作品对我们很有意义。 His works make a lot of sense to us. 2他的话对我们有很大的意义 His words make a lot of sense to us. 3.他说的话对我没有意义。 What he said doesn’t make sense to me. 4.待在这里毫无意义。 It doesn’t make sense to stay here. 5.不管我怎么努力地读,我还是不懂这个句子的意思。 No matter how I tried to read it, the sentence still did not make any sense to me. suppose: 1.我想你是对的。 I supposed that you are right. 2.许多人认为他50多岁了。 Many people suppose him to be over 50. 3.我认为他应该按时到。 I suppose that he should arrive on time. 4.你应该向他道歉。 You are supposed to say sorry to him. 5.你们不可在这里大声喧哗。 You are not supposed to speak loud here. 二.运用变式朗读法熟读上列句型 学生朗读两个目标句子,小组讨论,总结被动语态的结构。进行造句练习 造句练习后,运用变式朗读句子读熟。 通过精讲点拨,大量的造句练习后,学生掌握两个短语的用法,并运用变式朗读法熟读句型。
