教材 分析 本文介绍了体育明星刘翔的成长和成名经历。通过阅读,同学们可以了解到刘翔成长为奥运跨栏冠军的经历,以及他作为奥运英雄的生活。这是一篇非常具有教育意义的文章,在开展语言教学的同时,注意培养学生积极,健康向上的精神和顽强的意志力,引导学生不同角度的分析文章,从而得出自己的感悟。并注意引导学生热爱体育,积极参加体育活动,并学习运动员不畏艰险、刻苦锻炼、顽强拼搏的精神。 此外,本节课我们将继续学习一般过去时的被动语态。
学情 分析 初三的学生在词汇和阅读技巧方面均有一定的基础,大部分同学可以顺利完成通过阅读文章获取相关信息的任务。本模块的语法为一般过去时的被动语态,在学习本单元以前,已有前一模块的一般现在时被动语态做基础,并且本模块的第一单元已初步感知了本模块的语法,因此语法也不是很大的问题。 最大的难点在于如何利用时间顺序和一般过去时的被动语态来介绍一个人的生平,做到学以致用。
学习 目标 通过本课时学习,学生能够: 1.在语境中理解并认读下列词汇:high jump, ability, race, record, method, Japan, break, Asian, suffer, suffer from..., first place, stop sb (from) doing sth, courage, pride, take pride in; 2.通过泛读,能够读懂简单的体育报道或介绍体育明星的故事;通过精读,能够获取细节信息;通过整体阅读,思考刘翔是如何成为一名体育英雄的。 3.能够根据信息提示利用时间顺序和一般过去时的被动语态来介绍一个人的生平。 4.引导学生热爱体育,积极参加体育活动,并学习运动员不畏艰险、刻苦锻炼、顽强拼搏的精神。
