III. 归纳：形容词的比较级
对____者之间的比较时，形容词要用__________级的形式，后面再用________引出比较的对象。
构成方法 原级 比较级
单音节和少数双音节形容词 1、一般加-er new, tall, old
2、以e结尾的，加-r wide, fine, large
3、以重读闭音节结尾的，词尾只有一个辅音字母的，应先双写该字母，再加-er big, hot,fat, thin
4、以“辅音字母＋y”结尾的，先把y变成i，再加-er busy, early, easy
2) 形容词的比较级在句子中的用法
Eg. Shanghai is big.
Shanghai is bigger.
Shanghai is bigger than Hong Kong.
