课时内容
Unit 1 She’s reading a book. Listen, point and say &Listen, point and find “-ing”.
课时分析
本课时是外研版三年级起点四年级上册第二模块第一单元第一课时。围绕She’s/He’s ...ing这一话题展开,主要通过对话学习词汇read, running, these, picture, take, 短语read a book, take pictures, watch TV, play with a toy car及句型She’s/He’s ...ing的表达。引导学生关注自己身边人此时此刻正在做的事情,培养学生学习英语的热情,树立学好英语的信心。第一课时是本单元的基础,学会了本课时所要掌握的知识,再学其他课时,对于学生来说就很容易。本课时的的重点是四会单词的掌握以及能够运用四会单词描述人物正在进行的动作。
本课时包括Listen, point and say,Listen, point and find, 两个模块。Listen, point and say呈现了玲玲自己和朋友的喜好,Listen, point and find呈现了Sam介绍自己几个朋友和图片中他们正在做的事情,体现了现在进行时的句子和意义。此情境是发生在家中,看着照片介绍,学生很容易接受,也因为贴近学生的实际生活,更能激发学生学习的兴趣。
本课时是新授课,四会单词需要提前讲解,方便学生接受新知。在设计教学过程时,遵循以学生为主体的原则。采用听、说、读、 写、玩的方法调动全体学生的参与。通过任务型教学法、合作探究教学法等引导学生自主学习。
课时目标
(1)能够听、说、读、写单词:read, running, these, picture, take, 短语read a book, take pictures, watch TV, play with a toy car
(2)能够运用上述单词描述某人正在做的事情。
(3)能够理解问路句型,She’s/He’s ...ing
(4)能够听、说、运用句型She’s/He’s ...ing.
(5)引导学生关注自己身边的人正在做的事情,培养学生学习英语的热情,树立学好英语的信心。

Step 1 Warm up
1. Greeting
T: Good morning, everyone.

T: I’m fine, too. Are you ready for English class

2. Let’s chant.
T: Now let’s chant together. OK
Ss:OK.
(课件展示儿歌,第一遍学生们跟着唱,第二遍教师与学生一起边唱边做。)

T: Boys and girls, Look at these pictures, what are they doing
(课件出示四幅图片,让学生描述图片中的动作。)
Ss:play football, play basketball, swim, run.
T:Yes. Go on.

设计意图:通过描述动作的短语,既吸引了全体学生的注意力,又为学习新课做准备。

2.Listen and fill in the blanks.
课件呈现题目,播放录音。

3.Listen again and read after it.
课件呈现句子,播放录音,学生跟读。
I like playing football. She likes playing basketball. He likes swimming. We like running.

设计意图:加强学生的英语口语的语音语调。
4.Grammar
课件呈现I like playing football.
讲解语法含义,结构。领读例句,点名读例句。
这是用来描述某人喜欢做某事的句型。like要随主语的变化而变化。
句型结构: 主语 + like/likes +动名词 +其他.
She likes reading books.
My brother likes drawing pictures.
They like eating bananas.

设计意图:语法讲解,正确使用like,并描述自己喜欢做的事情。
5.make a survey
小组内,用句型I like…介绍自己喜欢做的事情,并写到表格中。之后每组推荐一名学生用句型She/He/Li Ming likes…; They like…在班级内做汇报。
(1)课件呈现表格。
(2)分成若干小组,说明自己喜欢做的事情。
(3)每组派一名同学进行汇报。

设计意图:通过和同学练习句型,练习口语能力,学以致用,加深对同学的兴趣爱好的了解。
6.Listen, point and find ing.
Teaching the new words “these, read, watch TV, take, picture, play with a toy train”.
(1)Show the first picture.(课件呈现图片)
T: Look at the picture. Read after me. I like these apples.
(板书these,领读,拼读,指名读。教师带读句子,帮助学生理解,然后跟读句子。)

read表示看有文字内容的东西,如看书、看报、看信等。
教师带读句子,理解句子,跟读句子。
(3)Show the third picture.

watch多指看电视、看比赛等。
(4)show the fourth picture.
T:take pictures.
(板书take pictures领读,拼读,指名读,齐读。)

设计意图:从学生们熟悉的物品引出新知,然后帮扶学生学习新知,接着放手让学生独立学习,最后小结。每个环节过渡自然,层层递进,逐步的让学生们自己体会到成功的快乐。

由老师开始,拍手指一名同学并说一个“This is my friend. She / He is …”句子,后由这一名同学快速说出一个相同句型的不同句子,同时拍手指另一名同学,依次类推。

She likes reading. Look! She’s reading a book.
He likes reading. Look! He’s reading a book.
They like reading. Look! They’re reading books.
8.Grammar
(1)课件呈现She’s reading a book.
老师讲解现在进行时含义、结构,领读例句。
此句为现在进行时,主要用来表示正在进行或正在发生的动作或状态。
be动词随主语的变化而变化。
句型结构: 主语 + be动词 + 现在分词 + 其他.
We are playing football.
Lingling is taking pictures.
(2)课件呈现现在分词的构成。
老师讲解动词变现在分词规则。
一般在动词词尾加-ing。
go-going play-playing do-doing
以不发音的字母e结尾的动词去e,再在词尾加-ing。
write-writing take-taking make-making
以重读闭音节结尾,且末尾只有一个辅音字母,双写词尾辅音字母加-ing。
run-running swim-swimming shop-shopping
(3)Let’s practise
四人一组,可以根据图片也可以根据实际情况,轮流介绍家人喜欢做的事及他们正在做的事。听的同学注意纠正错误。
e.g. Maomao, Tom, Xiaowei和Amy一组。
Amy:My father likes taking pictures. Now he is working. My mother likes reading books. She is watching TV. My little brother likes swimming. He is playing his toy
9.Try to do.
课件呈现题目。点名学生回答问题。
