课时分析
本课时是外研版三年级起点四年级上册第四模块第一单元第一课时。围绕Do you want some rice 这一话题展开,主要通过对话学习词汇with, also, juice, ice, fast food, want, make, noodles, potato, tomato, egg, some.及句型-Do you want some… -Yes, please./No, thank you.
-What do you want -I want…的表达。引导学生关注自己身边人想要的东西,培养学生学习英语的热情,树立学好英语的信心。第一课时是本单元的基础,学会了本课时所要掌握的知识,再学其他课时,对于学生来说就很容易。本课时的重点是四会单词的掌握以及能够运用四会单词描述人物或者物体的位置。
本课时包括Listen and chant. &Listen and chant. 两个模块。Listen and chant.呈现了Sam在吃面条和米饭的场景,Listen, point and find “Do you want… ”呈现了Daming和Amy购买中餐的过程,体现了食物的单词,短语和意义。此板块呈现的对话情境是通过问想吃的食物,得到点餐的结论。此情境是发生在街上,学生很容易接受,也因为贴近学生的实际生活,更能激发学生学习的兴趣。
本课时是新授课,四会单词需要提前讲解,方便学生接受新知。在设计教学过程时,遵循以学生为主体的原则。采用听、说、读、 写、玩的方法调动全体学生的参与。通过任务型教学法、合作探究教学法等引导学生自主学习。
课时目标
(1)能够听、说、读、写单词:with, also, juice, ice, fast food, want, make, noodles, potato, tomato, egg, some.
(2)能够运用上述单词描述自己想吃的食物。
(3)能够理解问路句型,-Do you want some… -Yes, please./No, thank you.

(5)引导学生关注自己喜欢的食物名称,培养学生学习英语的热情,树立学好英语的信心。

1.Listen and chant.
(1)课件呈现句子和单词。

(板书juice,领读,拼读,指名读。教师带读句子,帮助学生理解,然后跟读句子。)
(2)Watch the video.
课件播放视频。
(3)Listen and chant with it.
课件播放音频,学生跟着唱。

课件呈现单词also。
(板书also,领读,拼读,指名读。教师带读句子,帮助学生理解,然后跟读句子。)

(1)播放录音,课件呈现句子和单词。

(3)Teaching grammar:Do you want some rice
教师出示幻灯片,介绍用法,句型含义,例句。
这是生活中使用频率很高的一句日常用语,它用来征求对方的意见,意思是“你想要……吗?”,不管要与不要都要有礼貌地回答。
-Do you want some bread -Yes, please./No, thank you.
注意:如果用”Yes, I do.” 或者 “No, I don’t.” 来回答,就显得语气生硬,给人一种不礼貌的感觉。所以,回答“Do you want… ”时,尽量用委婉客气的语气来回答,这样才显得礼貌。

(4)Group work
热情好客的小主人
六人一组,轮流扮演小主人招待客人,用“Do you want some… ”来询问客人是否想要某种食物或饮料,其他成员用“Yes, please. /No, thank you.”回答。
设计意图:通过角色扮演,活跃课堂气氛,练习句型,帮助学生理解句型的用处。
