二、学习目标及依据 By the end of this class, Students will be able to: 1.语言目标 : 1) 能掌握以下单词: panda, tiger, elephant, koala, lion, giraffe, animal, cute, lazy, smart, beautiful, scary, friendly, shy 2)能掌握以下句型: ① Let’s see the... ② —Why do you/does she/does he want to see... —Because... ③ —Where is/are... from —It’s/They’re from... 3)能描述各种常见动物;能正确使用why, what和where引导的特殊疑问句进行问答;能听懂谈论动物及其喜好的对话;能够运用所学词汇和句型,谈论动物并表达对其的喜爱之情。 2. 情感态度价值观目标: 了解世界各地的典型动物,学会关爱动物,保护动物。
三、重难点
重点 1) 学会用目标语言描述动物并谈论喜好。 2)能正确使用why, what和where引导的特殊疑问句进行问答 。
难点 学会用目标语言描述动物并谈论喜好; 能正确使用描述动物的形容词。

Step2 Presentation ①1a. Match the words with the animals. 词汇: map lovely pandas giraffes koalas ②1b. Listen and check √ the animals in 1a you hear. ③Listen again. Complete the conversations. Let’s say (presentation) T - What’s your favorite animal S - My favorite animal is ________. T - Why do/don’t you like ... S - Because they’re ... Summary : description words Let’s say (Pair Work) Practice the conversation with your partner. Then make conversations about other animals in 1a. Or maybe use these when you say you don’t like ... : scary terrible smelly noisy dangerous ... Show time Watch a video : Wild animals What can we do to help wild animals S - Be good with animals. Step3 Practice 2c. Talk about the other two animals in 2a with a partner. Pair work ① Role play the conversation. And we must share it with our wildlife. ] T - Because of the turns of the human beings, many animals are close to extinct. 由于一些人为的因素,很多动物已经频临灭绝了. Protect them from now on! Also you know many viruses come from wild animal. Leave them alone don’t eat!!!
