“by+动名词”结构
命题情报
介词是中考常考的考点,综观历年中考试题,对介 词的考查项目主要是课标中要求掌握的主要介词的基本用 法,大多以单项选择的形式出现。在中考中介词by主要 考查如下基本用法:
1. 表示场所,意为“在……旁边; 在……近旁;在……手边”;2. 表示动作执行者,主要用 于被动语态,此时要注意它与介词with的区别:by表示动 作的主体,with表示完成动作的手段或工具;3. 表示手段 或方式等;4. 表示时间,指“在……之前;不迟于”。
概念 “by+动名词”表示“以……的方式;通 过……”。
1 “by+动名词”在句中通常作方式状语,常位于句末。

2 对“by+动名词”提问时,要用特殊疑问词how。

[归纳] 介词by的基本用法:
(1)“by+交通工具类名词”表示乘坐某种交通工具。如:by bus 乘公共汽车;by ship 乘船。
(2)“by+地点名词”表示位置,意为“靠近……;在……旁边”。如:by the river 在河边。
(3)“by+时间”意为“在……之前;不迟于”。
如:by 6 o’clock 在6点之前。
(4)表示移动方向,意为“从……经过”。如:pass by 经过。
(5)by用在被动语态中,表示“被;由”,后接动作的执行者,即用来引出原主动语态的主语。如:

“同义复现法”解完形填空题
“同义复现法”是解英语题常见的一种方法。同义复现指的是为强调某一意思,但是又不想重复使用某个词或短语而使用与其相近的表达。在完形填空中,同义词或同义短语的位置多半比较靠近,很容易找到,所以在做题时,无需过多推理,只需确定在哪里使用了同义复现,然后从选项中找出与之相符合的一项即可。
