教学反思 对于一堂完整的课，我还没有整合思维，缺少全局观。没有引导课题的意识，会导致学生学完一节课，还是云里雾里，抓不住重点。在授课设计的环节上，想法太多，不可能一一实现，所以还是要脚踏实地，设计最有效的课堂活动，把握有限的四十分钟。另外，还需要更加关注学生的听课率，加强课堂纪律，使每一位学生在学习后都能有所收获，进行有效学习。
