教学反思 对于一堂完整的课,我还没有整合思维,缺少全局观。没有引导课题的意识,会导致学生学完一节课,还是云里雾里,抓不住重点。在授课设计的环节上,想法太多,不可能一一实现,所以还是要脚踏实地,设计最有效的课堂活动,把握有限的四十分钟。另外,还需要更加关注学生的听课率,加强课堂纪律,使每一位学生在学习后都能有所收获,进行有效学习。
