教学内容 9A 第三单元话题是 Teenage problems , 内容是关注青少年的困惑并给予指导。 本课时(Welcome)主要呈现与话题有关的新词语,即中学生在学习、交友、与家人的关系等方面所遇到的问题的表达,从而引导学生们思考自己的忧虑、问题产生的原因,同时学会向他们的朋友提供帮助和建议。教学重难点为掌握本课时的四会单词和词组;熟悉本单元话题“Teenage problems”,并激发学生对该话题的兴趣。
教学对象 初三年级的学生在报纸或杂志上经常可以看到一些为读者提供建议的栏目。许多中国学生因为学习、朋友以及家庭关系而产生很大的压力。随着青少年生理上的变化,我们不难理解很多学生正面临一段非常困难的时期。现在初三的学生可能都感觉作业较多,睡眠时间较少,很少有时间做自己喜欢做的事情等等,所以在谈论这个话题时,就会觉得有话可说,而且比较切合实际,很好地联系了学生的现实生活(the students’ here and now)。
教学目标 1.能够掌握本课时的重点单词、词组和句子。2.能运用所学知识谈论中学生在学习、交友、与家人的关系等方面所遇到的问题。3.通过学生讨论与归纳、游戏等小组合作学习让同学之间互教互学、彼此交流知识,互爱互助、相互沟通情感,思考个人问题及解决问题的方法。
教学策略 通过创设接近实际生活的语境,设计贴近学生的循序渐进的语言实践活动,强调过程与结果并重,培养学生用英语做事情的能力。注重将课堂教学与社会生活、学校生活不失时机地结合起来,强调教学过程中的真实性。根据语言学习规律和学生实际情况来设计教学过程,从学生的兴趣和需要出发,创设多种教学情景,通过任务设置、当堂训练及反馈等步骤来组织教学。引导学生自主学习,参与体验、合作及交流,科学地“习”;完成任务后引导学生独立自主地“悟”,并通过 Group work,发动学生帮助解决老师的烦恼,达到对所学内容进一步的巩固和延伸。在整个教学过程中,始终让学生体验到学习的成功和愉悦。Teaching aids: Multi-media

S31: I should make more friends and talk with them when I feel worried.S32: As students, we may have some problems in our life, but that’s not a problem, we can solve them. 在组织课堂教学的时候,用学生感兴趣的的电视剧导入,引入到本堂课的主题teenage problems,拉近与学生的距离,使学生产生想了解别人、表述自己的兴趣。通过与学生一起做调查,尽量让学生参加到教学活动当中,让学生们说出自己生活中的困惑,让学生体会到自己是课堂的主人。回归课本(Part A 阳光中学学生的不同烦恼)自主完成书上练习A,学生对所学内容进行及时反馈。读Part A(转化为第三人称),对所学句子进行另一种形式的操练。这一部分的作用是练习本堂课的学习内容,使水平较差的同学学有所得,给学有余力的同学提供发展的空间。Pair work给学生一个展示自己的机会。引导学生在“做中学”、在“用中学”。设置问题听comic strip,有助于让学生集中注意力。完成学案上补全短文,学生投影校对,给”星星”做鼓励,巩固运用所学知识。Group work引导学生解决老师的烦恼,同时通过学生自我审视不好的习惯,思考改正的措施,渗透德育意识。让学生来做课堂小结,让学生充分享受成功的喜悦。学生总结时老师因势利导,适时做好补充。引导学生给自己鼓掌。老师的建议,体现对学生的人文关怀。布置家庭作业

教学反思 本课得到了区教研员及一些骨干老师的大力帮助。本节课设置了几个具体任务,面向全体学生,充分考虑语言学习的渐进性和持续性,强调学习过程,重视语言学习的实践性和应用性,为学生提供较大的实践空间,较好地发挥了学生的主动性和创造性,有利于提高学生的创新精神和语言运用能力。激趣导入时,本课结合学生感兴趣的电视剧导入本节课的主题 Teenage problems ,学生欣赏着生动的电脑画面,注意力在最短的时间里被激活。学生在学习目标的总体调控及教师的引导下,能根据自身的条件积极完成学习目标,同时对一些不文明现象进行禁止,教师很好地将德育融于课堂教学之中。这节课的活动设计突出互动合作,有利于调动各个层面学生的学习积极性,最大限度地提高每位同学的参与意识。在小组活动的过程中,学生参与度高,情绪饱满,探究欲望强烈,课堂气氛十分热烈,本节课也一下达到高潮。本节课不同程度的学生在原有基础上都有进步,知识、技能、情感目标顺利达成,学生学得轻松愉快。当然,在教学过程中,我更应该不断反思自己的教学,并及时进行相应的调整。例如,在sum up环节中,可引导学生再复现学过的四会内容等等。我将在今后的教学中不断探索,努力为学生营造一个积极的学习环境,促进学生更加健康和谐地发展。
