Wake up one and a half hours before your school starts.Why?Two reasons — you want to have time to make up and you don't want to be late.
Take a shower!Taking a shower in the morning will not only wake you up quicker,but it will have you looking and feeling lively!When you first turn on the shower,keep the water cold.Once you're woken up,warm it up a little!
Don't put on your clothes you plan on wearing to school right away.That should be the last thing you do.You don't want to get any make up hair products,or food on your clothes!
Do your make up.Teen magazines usually have beautiful make up ideas that aren't too over the top.You don't want to overdo your make up;you'll look fake(假的)!So keep it natural.
Breakfast time!Have a healthy breakfast or if you're not that hungry,have some toast(烤面包) or a yogurt.Breakfast is brain food!
The night before,you should pick out beautiful clothes.Something colorful but not too crazy!Teen magazines show a lot of lovely clothes that are cheap and in style for the season.

Ⅰ.复习一般现在时和现在进行时
一、一般现在时
一般现在时主要用法如下:
1.表示现在经常或反复发生的动作或存在的状态。常与always,often,usually,seldom,sometimes,hardly,never,every day,once a week等连用。
They often go to school on foot to live a low carbon life.
为了过低碳生活,他们常步行去上学。
He always asks some silly questions in class.
他在课堂上常问一些愚蠢的问题。
2.表示喜好、性格、能力、特征等。
He likes reading while his wife likes watching TV.
他喜欢读书而他的妻子喜欢看电视。
He has a unique way of making his classes lively and interesting.
他有一种独特的方法使他的课生动有趣。
3.表示客观事实或普遍真理。
China lies in the east of Asia.
中国在亚洲的东部。
Our teacher told us that light travels faster than sound.
老师告诉我们说光比声音传播得快。
4.表示按时刻表、计划或安排将要发生的事情,常用动词:come,go,leave,start,fly,begin,return等。

二、现在进行时
表示此时此刻正在进行的或者是现阶段时间内一直进行的动作。结构为:am/is/are+ ing表示。
1.表示说话时正在发生或者进行着的动作。

3.有些动词,如improve,change,get,come等用现在进行时,表示“逐渐变化”。

4.常与副词always,constantly 等连用,表示反复出现的或习惯性的动作,含有说话者的赞扬、不满、讨厌、遗憾等情绪。

她总是挑别人的毛病。(表不满)
5.不用于现在进行时的动词
(1)表示人物内心感觉、态度、情感等的动词:
love/like/know/understand/forget/remember/believe/think/want/mind/wish/need/agree/hate等。
Are you knowing him well?(误)
Do you know him well?(正)
(2)表示存在状态的动词:have(has)/own/seem/belong to等。
She is seeming to be ill.(误)
She seems to be ill.(正)
(3)表示感觉的感官动词:see/hear/feel/sound/taste/notice等。
Are you hearing me at the back?(误)
Can you hear me at the back?(正)
(4)瞬间动词:accept/allow/decide/give/receive/promise等。
We are deciding to form a school football team.(误)
We decide to form a school football team.(正)
三、现在进行时与一般现在时的区别
现在进行时指此刻或近一段时间正在进行的动作;一般现在时则指经常性、习惯性的动作。
He practises playing the piano in his spare time.
他在业余时间练习弹钢琴。(几乎每天如此,成为一种习惯)
He's practising playing the piano these days.
这段时间他在练习弹钢琴。(以前可能不这样)
Ⅱ.以 ing和 ed结尾的形容词
1.以 ing结尾的形容词通常表达事物给人的感觉,意为“令人(感到)……”。
I think the story is very interesting.
我认为这个故事十分有趣。
2.以 ed结尾的形容词通常表示人对事物的感觉,意为“感到……”。
Are you interested in science subjects
你对理科感兴趣吗?
3.在句中使用 ing形式的形容词还是使用 ed形式的形容词,要根据具体的语境,即句子上下文的意思来确定,不能一概认为修饰人就用 ed形式的形容词,修饰物就用 ing形式的形容词。
The boy is really disappointing.He is always making trouble in class.
这个男孩儿的确令人失望,他总是在课堂上捣乱。
(比较:The boy was disappointed with his results.这个男孩儿对他的成绩感到失望。)
He was so encouraging that everyone present was deeply moved.
他如此令人鼓舞,以至于在场的每个人都很受感动。
There was a surprised look on his face when he heard the news.
听到这一消息时,他脸上露出了惊讶的表情。
(surprised修饰look,实际上是指他本人感到惊讶。)
