【知识点1】anybody的用法; wake up的用法
知识点再现
There won’t be anybody to wake you up in the morning. 早上没有人叫你起床了。(P26)
anybody是由any和body构成的复合不定代词,意为“任何人”。用在否定句或疑问句中,还可以用在条件状语从句中。
somebody 表示“有人;某人”,多 用在肯定句中, 还可以用在表示请求或期望得到肯定的疑问句中。
nobody 表示“任何人都不”。
everybody 表示“每个人;所有人”。
【拓展】
wake up “叫醒,唤醒”,接宾语时,名词可放中间,也可以放up的后面,代词必须放中间。此外,wake up还常表示“醒来”。

【知识点3】although引导的状语从句的用法
知识点再现
I can look after myself, although it won’t be easy for me. 我能照顾我自己,尽管这对我来说不容易。(P26)
本句是although引导的让步状语从句,其中although是连词,意为“尽管;虽然”。although同though/even though,它们都可以用来引导让步状语从句,它们不能和but同时使用,但可以和still, yet等词搭配使用。

【知识点4】so 引导的倒装句的用法
知识点再现

so 引导的倒装句:“so + 助动词/be动词/情态动词+主语”意为“……也一样”,表示前面所述的情况也适合于后面的人或事物,谓语与后面的人称或数保持一致。

连读现象在英语考试听力中极为常见。连读即连在一起读,就是两个或多个分属不同单词的音素因为相邻或语速较快等原因而连在一起读出的现象。
如何处理连读音
1. 多听是首要;
2. 学会模仿音频。
(1) 在同一个意群里,如果相邻两词中的前一个词是以辅音结尾,后一个词是以元音开头,这就要将辅音与元音拼起来连读。
