教学方法
1.简笔画演示教学法
为了让学生能更好地掌握单词，教师可以利用简笔画的形式把本课时的单词展示在黑板上，让学生更直观地掌握所学的单词。
2.动作表演教学法
教师和学生一起做Let’s do 部分的动作并和学生一起说动词短语，反复操练几次，学生在动作中掌握了单词，并提高了口语表达能力。
教学过程
Step 1：Warm-up
1.师生自由对话，活跃课堂气氛。
2.游戏：Where is it
教师把某些学习用品藏起来，让学生们猜一猜它们在哪儿。操练句型：Where is it It’s near/on/in/under…
3.游戏：What’s in the classroom
教师蒙上一名学生的眼睛，敲击门或者教室里存在的物品，让学生猜敲击的物品是什么。
Step 2：Presentation
1.Teach the words in “Let’s learn”
通过玩“What’s in the classroom ”这个游戏引出“door”和“window”这两个单词。
2.教师出示一块木板，让学生知道并会读“It’s a board.”再通过构词法black+board=blackboard(黑板)教授blackboard这个单词。教师打开教室里的灯，引出“Turn on the light.”由此引出“Turn on the TV.”并扩展“Turn on the radio/…”
Step 3：Practice
1.快去
教师发出指令，学生做动作，让学生比一比看谁完成得快。如：Open the door. Turn on the light. Put up the picture.
2.滚雪球
教师问学生，让学生接连回答问题。如：教师问：What’s in the classroom 学生A答：A picture. 学生B答：A picture and a light. 学生C答：A picture，a light and a blackboard. 学生D答：A picture，a light，a blackboard and…
3.单词翻翻乐
教师将本课所学的单词装订成小册子，教师随意翻，让学生说出所翻到的单词，并指向实物，看谁说得对并且指得对。
Step 4：Extension
1.我是小设计师
让学生们画一画自己理想中的教室，请学生们在画好自己的教室后，把作品展示给大家看，并用英文介绍自己的教室。在这些作品中，评选出“最佳设计师”。
2.我是小导游
假设游客们来参观学校的教室，由学生做导游。
请学生向游客们介绍自己的教室，并通过学生的介绍评选出“最佳小导游”。
Step 5：Sum-up
师生总结本节课的重点单词，并把对应的单词卡片贴到相应的实物上，学生一起拼读。
Step 6：Homework
回家用英语告诉父母你们的教室里都有哪些物品。

与本课相关的语法点及可选用的习题
1. turn on+the+电器，表示“打开电器”，反义词为turn off。
例如：Turn on the TV, please.请打开电视机。
2. put up是动词短语，意为“张贴、挂起”。
例如：Put up the picture, please.请贴上图片。
3.看图片，写短语。
教学反思
通过设计各种活动，让学生围绕“教室里有什么”展开听、说、认读训练，既贴近生活又容易掌握。将教学重点以游戏形式展现给学生，激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。但本课时也存在不足之处，在指导学生书写单词时未能教给学生更有效的方法，导致学生拼写时出错较多，在以后的教学中仍需多渗透更为有效的单词记忆法。
另外，名词单数和复数形式个别同学掌握不好，当同学在表达教室里有某些物品时，往往没有使用名词复数形式，只用了单数形式。这一点，在今后要进一步巩固。
