探究一 形容词、副词比较级的用法
1. 找规律:
⑴ I’m more outgoing than her.
⑵ She is very heavy.

小结:比较级表示两者之间的比较,常用于句型:主语+谓语动词+形容词/副词比较级+than+比较对象; 而原级前常有very/quite/pretty修饰,用于句型:主语+谓语动词+形容词/副词原级; 表示两者在某一方面相同时,常用主语 + 谓语动词 + as + 形容词 / 副词原形 + as +比较对象。
2. 让我们来一起翻译下面的句子吧!

4. 你们有没有注意到句子中加黑单词的翻译,much,表示“……得多”,a little表示“一点儿”。它们是用来修饰比较级的。类似的词汇还有even(更加)、far、a lot(……得多)、a bit(一点儿)等。
探究二 形容词/副词同级比较

“as+形容词/副词的原级+as”表示“与……一样”,其否定形式为“not as/so…as”, 表示前者不如后者,注意“so+形容词/副词的原级+as”只能用在_______中。
