Try to think: what is a speech
A speech is a formal talk that a person gives to an audience. A good speech keeps the audience interested all the time. To achieve this, this speaker may tell interesting stories or ask questions. A good speech also uses quotations and such rhetorical devices as metaphor, repetition and parallelism.
