4．能制作自己的信息卡，并能简单地描述自己的电话号码。
5. 使学生学会根据信息卡提供的信息，描述他人的电话号码及姓氏及名字等内容。

Step 1 Warm-up
1. Look at the picture and the information, then ask and answer the questions in pairs.
T: Good morning, everyone. Firstly, let’s look at the picture. The boy are asking for the name and telephone number of the girl. Please fill in the blanks to complete the conversation.

2. Revision

1. Read the ID card and answer the questions.

T: What’s her telephone number
Students: It’s 951-3397.
2. Read the ID card again and use the information on the ID card to complete the sentences.
