教学内容分析及课时分配建议:
该话题主要围绕询问时间开展各项活动,主要情境是康康和他的朋友们参观动物园,并帮迷路的小猴子找到妈妈。通过创设观看某种动物表演的情境引导学生学习问答时间的主要句型:“What’s the time, please ” “What time is it now ” “It is …” “It is time to…”单词主要涉及表示时间方式、动物名称等。交际功能主要包括“What’s up ” “Let me help you.” ”it’s very kind of you.” “I think…” 最后通过project的活动,综合本单元所学,使语言知识学以致用。语音方面学习字母组合的读音规则,帮助学生根据所学音标进行单词的拼写和运用,为他们的自主学习打下良好的基础。通过本话题的学习,能够帮助学生合理规划时间,掌握时间,乐于助人的良好品质。
本话题共分五个课时,具体分配如下:

第三课时 Section B 1a, 1b, 1c, 2
第四课时 Section C 1a, 1b, 1c, 2, 3

第二课时(Section A 1a, 1b, 2, 3b, 4a, 4b)
教学设计思路:
本课时通过康康和迈克尔的对话呈现主要教学内容,学习有关动物的新单词, 如monkey, lion, tiger, elephant 等,并学习表达时间、提议做某事的表达方式,如 “Do you have any time tomorrow ” “Let’s meet at 9 o’clock at my home.”本节课首先通过游戏复习时间表达法,在此基础上,让学生结合上节课的内容谈论自己的一天,由某人的一天过渡到本节课去动物园看动物表演的话题。引导学生根据1a图片,讨论动物园里会见到的动物,然后听录音完成1b的表格,学生两人一组进行口语操练,及时巩固所学。在完成听力任务2部分之前,教师引导学生对即将听到的几种动物进行简单描述,为听力做好充分准备。最后学习语音4a和4b,至此完成本节课的学习。
