1. My name is Jenny Green. 我的名字叫珍妮·格林。
Jenny Green 是一个英美人士常见的名字:名(first/given name)+姓(last/family name)。有时还有一个中间名(middle name)，这也是given name的一部分。
first name从字面看，就是“第一个名字”，因为英美人士的名字中，“名”在前，所以称之为first name， 也称之为given name，因为这是孩子出生后“取的名字”；
last name从字面看，是“最后的名字”，因为英美人士的“姓”是在最后的，也就是family name，是一个家庭的姓。
英语中，不论是“姓”还是“名”，第一个字母都要大写。

(1)在中文句子中，我们可以不用动词就造出一个句子，但在英语中，需要有谓语动词才能组成一个句子，本句话就是一个例子。
如果没有实义动词，那就用be动词，如:
The picture is nice. 这幅画很漂亮。
(2) in China表示“在中国”，介词in 表示地点。不论国家大小，前面的介词都是用in；国家名称首字母只用大写，不用小写，常见的还有:
