Hi, I’m …. Here are some of my advice to keep healthy to share with you all.
It’s important to have some good habits to keep
healthy. For example, I always exercise in the
morning. Maybe 3 to 5 times will be better.
Also, we all know that eating fruit and vegetables
helps a lot. However, If you really like to eat junk
food, try to eat less. Once a month is OK. What’s
more, we found that one of the most important ways
to keep healthy is to get enough sleep. Please don’t
stay up late to watch TV or play computer games.
You shouldn’t watch TV for over 2 hours a day.
