1. T: Show some pictures of a healthy lifestyle.
2. Discuss who has a healthy lifestyle.
Ⅲ. Choose
Show different lifestyles and ask students to choose whether they have a healthy lifestyle or not.
Ⅳ. Presentation
Show different frequency of all, most, some, no.
Ask students to fill in the blanks to finish the sentences.
Finish the exercise about using frequency words.
Rank these activities according to how often you think you classmates do them.

Read the title and the chart and guess what this passage is mainly about.
While-reading
