形容词和副词的最高级的用法
当对三者或三者以上的事物进行比较时，通常会用到形容词或副词的最高级。此时，形容词或副词的最高级前通常加定冠词the；当最高级前有物主代词、指示代词或名词所有格修饰时，则其前不加the。
一、最高级的句式结构：
1、the +形容词/副词最高级+表示范围的短语(如of all, of the three, in the world等)。如：
The Ostrich runs the most quickly of all the birds.
鸵鸟在所有鸟类中跑得最快。
She is the tallest girl in her class.
她是班上最高的女孩。

二、最高级的特殊用法：
“one of the + 形容词最高级+ 复数名词”表示“最…之一”。
William Shakespeare is one of the most famous writers in England.
威廉·莎士比亚是英国最著名的作家之一。
“the + 序数词+ 形容词最高级+ 单数可数名词”表示“第几…”
黄河是中国第二长河。

“形容词/副词比较级+ than + any other + 单数可数名词”也可以表达最高级意义，表示“比其他任何…都…”。
