Step 1 Lead-in (PPT 3-6) 1. Show some sentences for Ss to complete. 2. Check answers in class. 3. Make Ss read the sentences. 复习上节课所学3a的被动语态的句子导入本课时的语法。
Step 2 Presentation (PPT 7-16) 1. Guide Ss summarize the structure of passive voice. 2. Explain Grammar Focus and understand the passive voice of the present tense. 3.Explain the different patterns of passive voice and show Ss how to change the active voice into the passive voice. 解释一般现在时被动语态的陈述句、否定句、特殊疑问句、一般疑问句以及肯定否定回答。接着出示Grammar Focus,后教给学生主动变被动的方法。
Step 3 Practice (PPT 17-22) 1. Show Ss some sentences to change the active voice into the passive voice. 2.Work on 4a. Make Ss complete the sentences with the correct forms of the verbs in brackets. 3. Work on 4b. Ask Ss to rewrite the sentences using the passive voice. 4. Check answers then make Ss read the sentences in 4a and 4b. 利用所学的被动语态用法,完成4a和4b并阅读这些句子, 熟练掌握用法。
Step 4 Pair work (PPT 23-27) Work on 4c. 1.Make Ss work in group of six. Ask five classmates about something they are wearing or have in their schoolbags. 2. Then work in pairs. Ask and answer about the things in the chart like this: A: What’s your pencil made of B: It’s made of wood. A: Where was it made B: It was made in Shanghai. 3. Call some pairs to present in class. 学习语法后, 设计一个分角色表演的对话,学生通过口语练习进一步巩固一般现在时被动语态的用法。
Step 5 Language points (PPT 28-31) Explain the usage of Germany, surface and traffic. 重点讲解Germany,surface和traffic的用法。
Step 6 Exercises (PPT 32-36) Show some exercises to practice the key words, the target language and key sentences. 通过单选、句型转换、完成句子等形式练习所学的内容。
