promise作动词,意为“许诺;承诺”。常用于以下结构:
⑴ promise (not) to do sth. “许诺(不)做某事”

⑶ promise + that从句 “承诺……”

promise作名词,意为“诺言;承诺”。常用结构:make a promise/ promises to sb. 对某人许诺。keep a promise 遵守诺言 break a promise 违背诺言

(1)suggest作动词,意为“建议;提议”。suggest sth.(to sb.)向(某人)建议某事;suggest doing sth. 建议做某事;suggest + that引导的宾语从句,意为“建议……”,这是宾语从句要用虚拟语气,谓语动词用“should+动词原形”。
