能力目标 1.同学们能完成课堂任务,同时练习阅读技巧,能够提高阅读能力。

重点 同学们能掌握新单词,短语,句子和一些重要的知识点。
难点 能够理解掌握特殊疑问词引导的宾语从句的用法。
主要教学步骤
Step 1: Lead-in Greet the class as usual. Show students some pictures of amusement park, then ask students some questions: Could you tell me where this is Have you ever been to an amusement park What entertainment items have you played In a few minutes, several students will be invited to answer these questions. Step 2:Pre-reading Ask students to look at the picture and read the title of 3a, then predict what the conversation is about. After two minutes, several students will be invited to share their predictions. Step 3: While-reading Fast reading: 1.Ask students to read the conversation quickly, then check your prediction. 2.Complete the task in 3a. Answer the questions below. Why did Alice not want to go on the new ride How did she feel after the ride What is special about Uncle Bob’s restaurant Should Alice and He Wei get there early for dinner Why Check the answers. Detailed reading: 1.Complete the task in 3b. Ask students to read the conversation carefully, then underline the questions or statements in the conversation that ask for information. Rewrite them in a different way. e.g. I wonder where we should go next. Could you tell me where we could go next After ten minutes, check the answers. Step4: Post-reading 1.Pair work Role-play the conversation with your partner. After 5 minutes, several students will be invited to role-play the conversation. The teacher will explain relevant language knowledge points, and ensure that students can understand. If students have problems, the teacher must explain them.
