1) 连词and 与but的区别：
and意为“和”，可用于肯定或否定句中，表顺承、递进关系，是对前面内容的
补充；而but意为“但是；然而”，在句中表转折关系，连接前后两个意义相反的
内容，常与not连用。I don’t have a soccer ball, but my brother Alan does. 我没有
足球，但我哥哥艾伦有。
2) We go to the same school and we love soccer.
我们在同一所学校上学，都很热爱足球。
the same “同样的;一样”。E.g.：We have the same bag. 我们有同样的包。
3) We play it at school with our friends. 我们和我们的朋友在学校踢（足球）。
at school “在学校”。 介词with表伴随，意为“和...在一起”。after class, 意为
“放学后”。E.g.：
After class, I play ping-pong with my classmates. 放学后，我和同学一起打乒乓球。
4) look (at) , see, watch与read的区别：
① look , 有意识地看，强调动作。后跟看的对象时，加介词at, 即用look at。E.g.：
look at the blackboard “看黑板”。
② see, “看见，看到”，强调看的结果。E.g.:
Can you see the man under the tree 你看到树下那个人了吗？
③ watch “观看，注视（运动着的人或物）”。比如看电视 watch TV，
看比赛watch a match等。
④ read指看书、看报，意为“读”。 E.g.: read books “看书”。
5) It’s easy for me. 这对我来说挺容易的。
for+具体的人，意为“对于...来说”。E.g.：
Sports are good for you, for him and for her — for all of us!
体育运动对你、对他、还有她 —— 对我们大家都有好处！
